Chelmsford Diocese, Mothers’ Union President, Judith Meaden wishes all the members a very healthy, happy and peaceful New Year 2018.
During all my time as a member I have met and been with some of the most Christian people that you could wish to meet and many of them have influenced my life. I have also had the opportunity to learn and grow with the MU and to understand all that we are and all that we believe in... Lynda Booth.
Mothers’ Union Central Office is in contact with both Mothers' Union Provincial Office and the Anglican Church of Myanmar to help support the refugees and the relief teams in their efforts. Please pray for all displaced people...
St Michael the Archangel is revered by millions who pray to him for intercession. He is especially believed to be the champion of justice and righteousness. He is venerated as the most prominent and greatest angel in Christian, Jewish and Islamic lore.
National Marriage Week in 2018 is from the 7th-14th February. The week always ends, appropriately enough, on St. Valentine’s Day! This year we want to invite couples from our cathedral congregations to an evening of wedding preparation at Chelmsford Cathedral! Yes, you are never too old for a refresher course!! We thought it would be fun to invite some Mr and Mrs’ to a bring and share supper.
