A real 'Wave' of Prayer

In my article in the recent copy of Roundabout, I asked branches to take pictures of themselves waving to send to our new link diocese so that they know we are thinking about them and praying for them. You will be aware that our Wave of Prayer links have changed this year but we are still continuing, albeit informally, to pray for our links with H’pa-an and Taungoo in Myanmar. We have been busy trying to establish contact with our new links Owo and Doko Diocese in Nigeria: Rajaf in South Sudan: Jamaica and the Cayman Islands and the Military Episcopate in Kenya. Trying to establish contact with our new links are proving difficult, so our prayers are ever more important. We have made contact with Sandra in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands and Beryl in the Military Episcopate diocese, Kenya and we are very keen to show them that we are thinking and praying for them. Here's some photos that I've received from MU branches sending some ‘real’ waves and prayers. - keep your photos coming, send them to Lucy Bubb from the Overseas team: Lucy.firstname.lastname@example.org
